Location is excellent for people with a rental car. In general quiet area, but restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Amazing view from the balcony and a great warm pool for swimming. Very clean and well equipped rooms. The staff is very nice and flexible.

Perfect hosts and a very convenient location. Elli, the owner, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and that we had a great experience. Even when our plans changed, she was more than willing to accommodate us and help us find a solution. The breakfast was also very tasty with lots of options. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Crete!

We stayed at Bella Vista just as everywhere was going into lock down a couple of years ago. We were made fantastically welcome then and so had to come back and visit this time round. Nothing had changed and we were so pleased to see Pannos, the owner, and catch up. Almost as if we hadn't been away. Thankyou.

Staying in old town with a sea view was ideal, much nicer than right in the very busy beach towns. Our host Elias and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged an airport taxi for us ahead of time, and arranged a local Crete car rental with a car delivered to the hotel. The breakfast was hearty and good variety, and dinner prepared on site was excellent.

Nice hotel, near the centre of Old Hersonissos. We got packed breafast as we had to leave early in the morning. Staff was nice and friendly.

The room was more like an apartment. Huge. Great balcony. Wonderful and plentiful breakfast. Nice pool area. Good value for the money. And Elli, my name sister, was the sweetest and most kind host. 😊

Enjoyed the breakfast, lovely swimming pool, room fully equipped and had two balconies. The staff very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and perfect for our stay! A taxi was arranged to pick us up from the airport.
